The Giveaway will be void in Cuba, Iran, North Korean, and where otherwise prohibited by law. You must also accept Yummy Hamo NFT terms and conditions to be eligible to participate and receive the NFT.
No purchase is necessary. You will receive one (1) entry by playing the Yummy Hamo Town and, upon successfully completing the in-app mini-game, add your email to our Giveaway contact list. Each person may submit multiple entries. Hitch Interactive is not responsible for any excess, lost, late, or incomplete entries. By entering your email, you grant us the permission to contact you via your email regarding this Giveaway and other marketing purposes regarding Hitch Interactive products and/or services.
The first Giveaway for 2023 Halloween celebration will end on October 31st, 2023, California Time. We will randomly select up to three (3) winners from the email entries that we receive by the end date. Each winner will receive one (1) exclusive Yummy Hamo NFT. To the extent allowed by law, by entering you agree to release and hold harmless Hitch Interactive and its respective parents, partners, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all liability or any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising in connection with this Giveaway or any prize won. The decisions of Hitch Interactive are final and binding.
We reserve the right to cancel, change, or suspend this Giveaway for any reason, including cheating, technology failure, catastrophe, war, or any other unforeseen or unexpected event that affects the integrity of this Giveaway, whether human or mechanical. If the integrity of the Giveaway cannot be restored, we may select winners from among all eligible entries received before we had to cancel, change or suspend the Giveaway.
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
